Methodology

1. Definition of the specific needs to fill the post

An initial study is carried out of the specific characteristics of the client including their culture and values, their sector and the typology necessary to cover their needs so as to clearly and precisely determine the candidate profile.

2. Written report on the optimum candidate profile
Their personality, attitude, capacity and training; carried out with the company, providing our experience and orientation.

3. Identification process
Setting up a search strategy with the objective of locating the ideal professional to cover the post.

4. Personal interviews
In depth and highly specialized with the professionals already identified and selected.

5. Presentation of ideal candidates to our client
Limiting the candidates to a small number of highly qualified professionals in order to streamline the selection process.

6. Preparation and submission of a confidential report
Includes a description of the candidate and their professional career as well as the most relevant aspects of their personality and directive ability in relation to the post in question.

7. Consultancy during recruitment
Providing assistance to our client during negotiations.

8. Introduction of the candidate to the company
Supplying our assistance and advise during the integration process.
